2008 - EURO - 2008
The 2008 UEFA European Football Championship will take place during June and will be jointly hosted by Austria and Switzerland.

Vienna - Austria
Klagenfurt - Austria
This championship, organised by UEFA, takes place every 4 years between World Cup events and the qualifying process began shortly after the World Cup competition ended.
Qualifying matches continue up to November 2007 with winners and runners up from all 7 groups being joined by the 2 host countries to make up the last 16 who will participate in the final rounds.
